Tammy Allyson Tucker

July 14, 1959 - June 13, 2021

Tammy Allyson Martin Tucker was born July 14, 1959, in Phoenix, Arizona to parents; C.M. (Bob) Martin, Superintendent with Union Oil Co. for 38 years, and Dolores Marie Martin, Secretary with High School District, (North High), Mobil Oil, and Homemaker. Tammy grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, Alaska, San Bernardino, and Bakersfield. As a child, she took ice skating, skiing, dancing, tennis, and scuba diving. She was a candy striper at San Joaquin Hospital while at West High School, graduating in 1977. Tammy attended Fresno School of Court Reporting with her best friend, Shari Anderson. She passed the test the 1st time, and received honors for her expertise. She worked for Kelehers Court Reporting Service, then to The State Workman’s Compensation Board. Tammy also taught night classes. All in all, she worked for more than 30 years. After retiring, she sold Premier Jewelry. She married Dean Tucker in 1992, in Fresno, California, and had a son, Cole, who is 22 years old. She went to his baseball games at Stockdale High. Cole went on to attend Cuesta College, where he was a pitcher, and also attended the University at Riverside. Cole is now waiting to get on with the fire dept. Tammy passed away peacefully, June 3, 2021, she was 61 years old. She was preceded in death by her Father, C.M. (Bob) Martin, grandmothers, aunts, and uncles. She is survived by her Husband, Dean Allan Tucker, Son Cole Allan Tucker, Mother, Dolores Marie Martin, Brother, Jeffrey Martin, (Juanita), Brother-in-law, John Tucker, (Joyce), Father-in-law, Gordon Tucker, (Joyce), Sisters-in-law, Sid (Jerry), and Terese, favorite Aunt Beverly Larson, Nephews, “CJ” and Matthew Martin, Jett and Jax Martin, Mike, Mark Larson, Brian and Kelly, Nieces, Dana, Patty, and Debbie, (cousins). Tammy had a heart of gold, giving and caring for all others before herself, that made her happy. She was her mother’s best friend, always there for her. We will miss her wonderful kindness, and smile – God Bless you Tammy, rest in peace Many thanks to San Joaquin nurses and doctors. Services are private, and for family only.
